However when I stepped in the zoom meeting from my home in Belgium with all the Ladies from around the world I already felt a part of the group. We all had unique dreams and goals. We were so diverse in many ways, which was so great because it just showed that all of us had our own voice and our own path to success.

Founder of Shine On And Glow, an ex Wall Street exec. turned Business, Life and Confidence Coach. Roni started her journey as a coder in New York’s financial industry and eventually managed the development of investment management systems for Merrill Lynch, The American Stock Exchange, S&P and The Vanguard Group.
Roni now combines her business knowledge with her powerful intuitive gifts, motivating others to take action and follow their dreams in life and work.
